Mr. Kapigian is a native of the San Joaquin Valley. He received his B.S. in Criminology with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno in 2001. In 2005, he graduated in the top 10% of his class and received his J.D., with distinction honors, from San Joaquin College of Law. Since his admission in 2005 to the California State Bar, Mr. Kapigian has focused his practice on civil litigation.
For over 10 years, Mr. Kapigian was an associate attorney at Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg where he handled a variety of complex civil cases, including class action suits. He has experience in both writs and appeals and has been involved in a number of cases that resulted in published decisions, including Pierce v. Western Surety Co. (2012) 207 Cal. App. 4th 83; Medrazo v. Honda of North Hollywood (2008) 166 Cal.App.4th 89; Tri Counties Bank v. Superior Court (2008) 167 Cal.App.4th 1332; and Johnson v. Ford Motor Co. (2005) 35 Cal.4th 1191. He has also volunteered as a settlement conference Mediator for the Fresno County Superior Court.
Mr. Kapigian joined The Law Firm of Campagne & Campagne, A Professional Corporation in 2016. He is admitted to practice in all California Courts and in the United States (Federal) District Courts for the Central District and the Eastern Districts of California. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is married to Dianne and has two children.
