Richard A. Belardinelli

Mr. Belardinelli attended Fresno schools. After serving his country in Vietnam and recovering from injuries, he graduated with honors with a degree in Business Administration from Fresno State University in June 1972. Mr. Campagne started handling trials even while in law school, where he served as a Certified Legal Intern at the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of California. There, during law school, he prosecuted misdemeanor trials before the Federal Magistrates and District Courts. Mr. Ley has represented multiple development companies that have built multi million dollar residential and commercial projects throughout California, as well as multiple trade contractors.
